Tree mortgage reports are often required by lenders to complement structural surveys some mortgage offers can be conditioned - withdrawn if a surveyor is concerned about how close trees are to a property.


We inspect the trees in relation to your new home and write reports regarding issues the trees pose to the house, recommending interventions if needed in order to give a perspective on those issues.


In extreme cases in some instances trees to need to be removed making way as they have outgrown their location.


These reports can then be forwarded to the Lender for their consideration and as a means to move forward in the home buying process.
