“Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations” details can be sourced via the HSE link
A thorough examination of Arboricultural equipment as required by the lifting operations and lifting equipment regulations (LOLER) 1998 and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work at height
The requirements of LOLER came into place in 1998 and apply to all those within the work place meaning employers, and the self-employed for people in control of or managing or involved in operations which involve lifting.
LOLER is aimed at ensuring that all lifting operations are properly planned, that lifting equipment is used in a safe manner and that lifting equipment is thoroughly examined at suitable intervals by a competent person & that this is evidenced.
We provide you with a completed record of the inspection, as signed by our qualified inspector, this document is for your retention and records.
